Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen raspberry or 1 cup fresh
1 cup of black berries
1/2 cup of half and half or milk or rice milk, coconut milk
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of aquave

Its simple combine everything and blend!!! EASY!!!
