How to Take the Perfect Family Picture

I am going to share How to Take the Perfect Family Picture. The first thing you need is a great photographer insert Kelly Alison. Then you need a beautiful, well dressed, and well behaved family. They will need to smile. They will need to stay there and sit down in uncomfortable positions for hours. That is what it takes to get the perfect family picture. This is what Kelly had to work with. The day I chose turned out to be a day that my husband had a meeting smack dab in the middle of our session. We got out of our separate cars and he tells Kelly she has ten minutes to get a picture. Then my three children all decide to get out of the car. The oldest is carrying his shoes. I inquire as to why they are not on his feet. He replies, “They do not fit.” I responded, “Why, did you bring them.” He replied, “You said to grab these shoes.” That lead to Kelly having to try to figure out how not to show that my son wasn’t wearing shoes. All this in ten minutes before my husband had to go. Then I look at my daughter who managed to scratch her face on the ride to the photography location. The finally fun in our plan was my youngest who decided that he was interested in smiling and he was just plain tired since the photo session was scheduled during his nap time. I felt so bad for poor Kelly who had to deal with 5 crazy people in the attempt to capture our perfect holiday card.

How to Take the Perfect Family Picture

I learned a long time ago to go with the flow. I am not interested in perfection because perfection is boring. I love my kids  and my husband for who they are. I will always have my memories of the day but more importantly I have a great artifact of how we were “back then”. I pretty sure this is the perfect family picture because I love everyone in that photo “to the moon and back”. I look forward to seeing the rest of our pictures but more importantly I look forward to enjoying every moment I have with my cherubs and my husband.. Mr. Madame Deals.
