Hips and Curves Review

Hips and Curves puts the Style back in Plus Size Lingerie

After my recent weight loss surgery, I was feeling very iffy about my body. Rachelle was doing a review for Hips and Curves and offered to get me something to celebrate my weight loss. I was so excited to try something in a smaller size and I picked the Soft and Comfy Lace Trim Chemise in Pink.

I love the fact that is a soft cotton. Yes, I know that lingerie is supposed to be romantic and sexy but I feel it also needs to be comfortable. I like that it is something I can sleep in also because it is not going to irritate me with it being scratchy. The adjustable straps are great because not everyone is created equally in the bust. I am wearing a bra in the picture because it is thin in the cup area and somethings are not meant for pictures. I paired it with a pair of lounge pants to wear around the house for something comfy. I am covered so I don’t have to worry about my kids or if a neighbor stops by unexpectedly.

I know it is lingerie but the only down fall was it is really short. It lands just under my bottom and I am only 5′ 2″. So if you have kids and need to make a quick dash to the bathroom you might want to grab a robe. Which they do sell to match this cute little Chemise.

Hips and Curves  is not just for Lingerie. They also offer plus size shapewear, shoes, accessories, and sleepwear!

I would like to thank Hips and curves for allowing me to review this adorable item, that I received free of charge for my review. All thoughts and opinions are my own and I have not been paid for a favorable review.*
