Healthy Breakfast Recipes For Kids

I simply combines all of the ingredients my children like  to make this Healthy Breakfast Recipes For Kids. I used Stevia instead of sugar to sweeten the recipe. I often struggle in the morning with what to serve the kids for breakfast they get tired of having the same thing over and over again. The answer we came up with was making a fancy cream cheese mint spread. The best part is this recipe makes enough that you can freeze it.

The freezing part is also quite easy to do….

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of Fresh Mint
  • 1 Package of Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup of Pomegranates seeds
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of Stevia
  • Foil and Wax paper

Instructions

  1. You will need to take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator to soften. You will also need wax paper and foil if you wish to freeze the spread. Chop the fresh mint and place it in the cream cheese. Then you will need to add in a teaspoon of Stevia. Once that is done then add one cup of strawberries and a cup of pomegranates seeds. Then I turn on my mixer on low until my ingredients are combined.
  2. Then you take foil and place wax paper on top of it. You will then scoop the mixture on the wax paper. I usually do half of my mixture and I roll it to freeze it for later.
