Frugal Eats:

I loved this recipe because when it is cold outside a home made bread and tea is divine. The best part is this is a very inexpensive recipe to make and you can freeze the breads. Thank you Sara at the Budget Savvy Diva for sharing this with us!

In large bowl beat first five ingredients.
1 C Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
1 C Vegetable Oil
1 T Vanilla
Stir in next five ingredients.
3 C Flour
1 T Cinnamon
1 t Salt
1 t Baking Soda
¼ t Baking Powder
Blend in last three ingredients.
2 C Zucchini raw and shredded
½ C nuts {optional}
½ C Chocolate Chips {optional} I have these stored in my freezer from the sales last winter!
Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
Bake at 325° for 50-6o minutes.
