Female For Life Review and Giveaway!

Welcome to the Female For Life Active wear Review and Giveaway!

Most of you know that I have recently begun living a healthy lifestyle, and losing weight (Feel free to Read my story The day I realized I was overweight if you haven’t already) and a big part of being healthy is working out. I have found that finding work out clothes that fit me correctly, and didn’t ride up or bunch. So I searched the internet and found an awesome company called Female For Life! Female for Life is an awesome company that caters to ALL body tops, including plus sized and maternity active wear! They offer so many awesome styles and colors, I’m sure everyone will find something they love! Check out the Female For Life Website, and Facebook page!

Here are my thoughts on the Female For Life outfit that I received:

Female for Life

The Top: I got to try out the “Lovely and Loose” in Pink, and let me just say, I am in love with this top! It is flowy, and light, and helps keep me nice and cool during my workout! What I love about this top, is that it is a great top for any body shape! On the Female For Life website, you can even choose your body shape and see what the top looks like on that shape! Which is awesome, because most places only have 1 look to show you, so you are never really sure what it’s going to look like on your body type!

The Pants: I got to try out the “Knight Riders” in Black lined with pink and red. These pants are not only super cute but SO comfortable!! It almost feels like these pants were made just for you! These pants are just tight enough to keep you from jiggling everywhere, but not tight enough to be uncomfortable. I love that the pants don’t roll down like so many of my other yoga pants do! These are by far my favorite fitness pants, and I think I need a few more pairs haha!

Here is some fun facts about the Female For Life Company:

  • Female for Life was formed in 2009, after the owned just couldn’t find great workout clothes in her size, so she decided to start making them herself! Her father died from Cardiac arrest due to obesity  and her mother was a food addict, so fitness is so important to her, and she wants to share it with everyone, regardless of your size!
  • They cater for your body, not your size with styles that are sexy and sassy and come all the way from Brazil where the curve is embraced and revered!
  • They also have a whole line of Maternity Sportswear which are not only cute (with tops such as the “yummy mummy”) but practical and make sure the mother-to-be is comfortable!
  • The Female for Life sizing chart is one of my favorite things about the company. You will find no “small, medium, or large” here, the sizing chart consists of “Petite, Sexy, Curvy, voluptuous, and Bella!
