Fashion Friday: Happy Holiday

I love Fashion but I hate paying tons of money to look great. I believe you need two things the knowledge of what looks good on you and the skill to find it for less. I encourage you to get rid of all the items in your closet that you do not wear.

What to buy? What to wear? How not to spend to much but look like you did. That will be my focus over the next couple of weeks. Holiday dressing that won’t leave you feeling fleeced!

What if you had just $25 to pull together a whole look? Could you make an outfit? Would your outfit be holiday worthy?  Could you wear part of your holiday outfit in another way? The answer to all the above is YES! Yes! YES!

Tip 1:

Add Texture: Why? Well, nothing says fancy and expensive like texture. Find items that are unique but do not spend a lot of money on them. This season the trend is lace. You can wear lace without looking like a Victoria Secret Model. I grabbed this Merona shirt from Goodwill for $3.50 and the Sigrid Olson Pants also from Goodwill at $3.50. That is right throw on some gold earrings and a necklace and some shoes you look holiday fabulous. I would wear gold, black,  red, plum, navy, dark green, leopard ,or brown shoes.

I will show you over the next couple of weeks how I spent just $25.00 and I bought several outfits. Stay Tuned
