I love Fashion but I hate paying tons of money to look great. I believe you need two things the knowledge of what looks good on you and the skill to find it for less. I encourage you to get rid of all the items in your closet that you do not wear. They cloud up your options to make really great outfits because you can’t see your clothes! If they are in good condition sell the at a consignment store or a place like Plato’s closet, or host a clothing swap. Clothing swaps are a blast!
It’s great to be a Florida Gator. It’s great to watch the football players! That is what I used to chant when I climbed the stadium steps to “exercise”. I spent the majority of the time exercising my eyes. One thing hasn’t changed- I love football. I long to return to the University of Florida and watch a game. I have outfits for all of the kids. I of course got them on a budget. The best place to get free gear is to search for your favorite team’s kids club. I couldn’t find free clothes at my University’s kid site but there were special events the children could attend for free. I searched University of Florida kids club and I got this link.
What made me think of football and fashion? Well we got free shirts for the kids from the University of Virginia in the mail. The kids went crazy. I am cool with them supporting our local team because they are orange and blue and they really aren’t in the same conference as the Gators.
I have bought tons of team sports gear from Ebay. I suggest the following options for game day
For Men look for shorts that fit and shirts that cover.
For the ladies how about a cute dress?
There are certain items to avoid
1) shirts that you have cut the arms off of (yes, Mat I am talking about you)
2) jeans or shorts that when you sit down people can see Victoria’s Secret
3) Shirts with bad words (yes, I have one and I wore it in college lesson learned.. when Matthew asked me what whoop A** meant. )
4) spandex great for the gym but lets leave it there
What teams have great fans sites with free gear, gifts, or event access?
