Fashion Friday: 1 Dress three ways

I love Fashion but I hate paying tons of money to look great. I believe you need two things the knowledge of what looks good on you and the skill to find it for less. I encourage you to get rid of all the items in your closet that you do not wear. They cloud up your options to make really great outfits because you can’t see your clothes! If they are in good condition sell the at a consignment store or a place like Plato’s closet, or host a clothing swap. Clothing swaps are a blast!

The difference between looking great a looking second rate is creativity. I look at all the fashion magazines and I think about how I can take the trend make it my own clothes and spending the least possible amount of money.

The reason why I bought this $29.99 dress was the fit, color, and value. The dress retailed for $118.00 see the full story¬† here in case you missed the dresses I bought last week at ross. This years trend is bright color. The best reason to buy this dress is the overall fit. The ruching enhances my bust… okay it creates one where one does not exist. The ruching also creates an overall slimming affect thus taking over where Yoga hasn’t.

Here is how I changed up my look!

I added a khaki short coat I bought for $5 at Tj Maxx and a red purse $2.00 from Goodwill.

I added my $20 jcrew jacket from the warehouse sale earlier this year. Check your area for Jcrew warehouse sales! Then I added a beaded necklace I made myself for $10.00.

This dress is easy to wear with flip flops as it is to wear with high heels. It is a wonderful rich color and it is a great fabric. I would like to remind you to wear the proper undergarments.
