Easy Taco Roll Ups Recipe

This week marks our last week of school for the year. Part of me is super excited, and the other part of me wonders how I’m going to get any work done with a 7 year old around all day. The joys of working at home right? One of the things that changes during the summer is making sure my daughter gets fed for lunch every day. When it’s just me at home I just heat up a frozen meal or grab an apple, can’t do that with the little. So I’m trying to think of easy and yummy lunches that won’t take me long to prepare and that my daughter will eat.

That is where this Easy Taco Roll Ups Recipe came from! We had already tried something similar to this with deli meat and cheese and it was a hit so I knew that this would be too. I don’t know about your kids, but when it comes to tacos my daughter makes the biggest mess, and this this easy taco roll ups recipe it keeps everything you love about tacos without the mess!

Then, on a cookie sheet roll out your crescent dough. After your taco meat has cool slightly, pour your meat on your dough. Top with shredded cheese and optional hot sauce.

Next, roll your dough lengthwise into a log. Cut your log into 1″ sections and place flat on your cookie sheet. Bake your roll ups for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
