Coupon Shopping: What's That?

I have not used a coupon for almost three weeks. I know, I can’t believe it either! We have had storm after storm in Central Virginia. The storms have definitely taken a toll on how often I have been able to get out of the house. Plus, we have had to park our cars at the end of our long driveway making hauling groceries a real chore. So, I have only been picking up a few groceries at a time.

The storms are not the only reason for my coupon failure. I have been busy! My coupons are not clipped or organized. Sometimes it is just easier to run in and get what you need.

I am confessing to let you all know that you do not have to coupon all of the time! It is okay to take a break. Life happens, just roll with it!

I am planning a big grocery shopping trip tomorrow WITH coupons!

Do you have any fails this week? Leave a comment and let us know that life is not perfect!

We live 20 min. from Wilmington DE and have 60+ inches of snow. I didn’t get my Sunday paper last week (4 inserts), because we were under a state of emergency. That was a hard one to swallow. You become so used to saving as much as you can and then a snowstorm knocks you off of your game. I wanted to do Walgreen’s friends and family coupon today. It’s just so cold and awful, I didn’t get there.
