Chutzpah: The Judge

Chutzpah Chutzpah. This is a word that is used often by myself because sometimes I just can’t believe what people do. I mean really! I thought it would be fun to share our Chutzpah moments. The only rules are no names of stores, people, or events. You may also not use inappropriate language. Leave a comment listing your favorite Chutzpah moment! I mean laughter is the best medicine.

I am positive we have court everyday at my house. We have the guilty party the accomplice and the judge. The roles and the rules change between the two oldest children. The littlest is usually the guilty or the accomplice. The other day I had three sticky children with blue tongues. I inquired about the cause. I was told the littlest asked them to eat a lollipop so they did because they didn’t want him to be alone. He is two and I am sure he didn’t come up with all that. The oldest told me that didn’t happen the middle handed them all the lollipops and they ate them. The littlest looks up and said, “Mom, I like lollipops.” Then my oldest said,”Mom, how much trouble are we in the lollipop was just a little one.” It seems that my children believe that how much you do should equal the punishment not the fact that what you did was wrong.

Do you have a sliding scale of judgement?
