Chutzpah: Sales that aren't a deal

Chutzpah. This is a word that is used often by myself because sometimes I just can’t believe what people do. I mean really! I thought it would be fun to share our Chutzpah moments. The only rules are no names of stores, people, or events. You may also not use inappropriate language. Leave a comment listing your favorite Chutzpah moment! I mean laughter is the best medicine.

I think nothing makes me madder than when a store advertises a sale that isn’t really a deal. I mean if the price is one penny less than the normal price that is technically a sale but it is not a deal. I also love when they encourage you to buy one get one free items and the price you are paying is more than what you would normally pay for one. I say an item today at a grocery store and the marked the item down $.02. They had a large banner about this great deal. The funny part is someone forgot to take of the price for the week before so last week it was $.50 cheaper. It makes sense to know your prices and know what is a good deal and what isn’t.

How do you keep track?
