Chutzpah. This is a word that is used often by myself because sometimes I just can’t believe what people do. I mean really! I thought it would be fun to share our Chutzpah moments. I am trying to gather all my tax documents and it is a bit of a pain. I didn’t receive my tax forms from Wells Fargo. I attempted to get it online from my account but I was denied for some reason. They accept my payment but not my inquiry into how much interest I have paid this year? I called the help number to get some help. I was “told” by the computer they will send the forms. They will do so within 7 days. I need them now though. Then the automatic service hung up on me. I tried several different routes to get my answer. I have to say, all I wanted was a reason why I couldn’t print out the form from my account. There is an option on their site for this service and I want to utilize the option. I had to call back four times before I got to a human. Where did the customer service go?
On a good note I was able to use the live chat option with the IRS to answer some of my questions. They were personable and informative. Kudos to the IRS. Did I just write that?
