Chutzpah. This is a word that is used often by myself because sometimes I just can’t believe what people do. I mean really! I thought it would be fun to share our Chutzpah moments. The Chutzpah event of the week came via a note under my hotel door three times on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday it stated that because of the holiday the hotel would be offering limited services. I asked my husband if we received a special discount rate since we were going to receive limited services. He laughed. He said actually over the holiday their rates goes up. I have to say I did not take them up on their offer not to make my bed. I frankly needed a break. I look forward to the small things in life and staying at a hotel and not having to make a bed when you normally make three a day is a treat. I think it took Chutzpah to put that note under our door when the rates are higher for the holidays. They should pass on those rate increases to the people who work on the holiday.
