I don’t know about you but I am incredibly hard on my eyeglasses.  It’s no wonder since I put them on as soon as I get out of bed and they stay on my nose all day.  Without them, I am truly a blind bat.

One of the problems I’ve always had is keeping my glasses clean.  Though I know it’s not good for my glasses, I tend to clean my glasses on whatever is close at hand, whether it be my shirt or the nearest dishtowel hanging in the kitchen.

Help is on the way, though.  Zenni Optical, a great online source for cheap eyeglasses, is now offering a Fingerprint Resistant Anti-Reflective Coating as an option.  I’m looking forward to adding this coating the next time I order.  Over the last few years, I’ve ordered eyeglasses with an anti-reflective coating to make it easier for me to drive at night.  The addition of a fingerprint resistant coating to the anti-reflective coating is just the icing on the cake.

Zenni Optical describes this coating as the newest generation of anti-reflective coating.  It is designed to repel water, oil, dust and fingerprints while still providing the anti-reflective properties of reducing reflections.  I know from experience this is so important when driving, particularly at night.  I also appreciate having my glasses be less noticeable and less reflective in photographs.  In my opinion, the best part of this new coating is lenses stay clearer, and are easier to clean than ever before.  I can assure you I will make a great test case for this feature.

Neat Desk now that is now what you would have called my desk. In fact that is the last thing you would have called my desk. The problem is I was overwhelmed with paperwork. I am a SAHM and successful business owner. I love a good deal and I love fashion. I do not love spending a lot of money to look great. I have to admit I am a name brand junkie and with paid off credit cards I intend to stay fashionable on a frugal budget. I often wonder what kind of dress should I wear to a cocktail party. I want to stand out in a good way. I love colors. I decided this was the perfect dress for three reasons.

1) The color. It is in the jewel family and I will not drowned in a sea of black dresses

The brand is limited I imagine it retailed for over $89.00.  I did have  to fix the zipper with a little bit of wd 40 and a safety pin. I also had to provide my own belt which I did from goodwill at the high price of $1.00. The shoes were added for fun because I love my shoes.  I say you can have as many pairs of fun shoes as you want if you pay just $2.50 for nine west shoes.

I think I will look great and feel even better knowing I spent under $20.00 to look amazing! I love a good deal it just makes you look better.

   The bath is a wonderful place to create great memories. Our children love a good bubble bath. We make it a special treat by creating a treasure hunt. We place toys that both float and sink in the bath. You can do themes or certain shapes. You can work on counting. We always count them as we put them in. Then you can count when they come out. We have contest to see who can find certain toys quicker. You can also work on the children identifying how the items are alike or different. If you wish you can have them guess what will float and what will sink. The kids love digging in the bubbles and finding the “treasure”. This provides hours of enjoyment. We just placed a couple of drops of dish soap and some toys. I sit by the tub and enjoy their excitement.

   The Pregnancy project will air on Saturday January 28th at 8pm ET/ PT. This is a movie that I highly suggest you sit down and watch with your teenager. The movie is taken right out of the headlines and depicts the senior project of Gaby Rodriguez who is played by Alexa Vega, known for her role in Spy Kids. It will teach all of lesson about ourselves and others. We each have the power to make  a positive impact it only takes a little planning and the chutzpah to implement that plan and see it through.
