Today is my little girl's birthday so we are having one of her favorites "pie". This recipe for "pie" is from our great friend Gina. Once –A- Month cooking saves the day! Well in fact it saved the day  twice this week once with Mexican Chili and the other night with Mexican Spicy Salads. They were both hits.
