You guys, can you believe it’s almost Christmas? Does anyone else feel like it just snuck up on them? I’ve been planning my holiday menu and I knew that there were some great recipes using Kraft ingredients. I saw this recipe for Candy Cain Dessert Minis and I thought that it would be a hit at our Christmas party for sure (plus you can get great coupons on the website!) Here is how to make this Candy Cain Dessert Minis Recipe:
You Will Need:
1-1/2cups of boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
12 mini candy canes, crushed, divided
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping; thawed, divided (Make sure you grab your $.55 off 3 – Cool Whip 8-16oz. coupon HERE!)
Step 1: Boil your water. Dump out the contents of your JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin packet into a bowl. Add in your boiling water and stir.
Step 2: Crush your candy canes and add them into your mix. (Reserve a tsp for topping). Stir until candy canes are melted.
Step 3: Add in your Cool Whip (reserve 1/2 cup for topping). and whisk until combined. Pour your Jell-O mix in to glasses. Place them in the fridge for 2 hours or until formed.
Step 4: Top your Candy Cane Dessert Minis with a good dollop of Cool Whip and a sprinkle of crushed candy canes.
