Amazing Monkey Bread Recipe

I decided I wanted to try a new Monkey Bread recipe that I was going to make up all by myself. You read right this is self created based on what I like to eat. I had an idea to create a  monkey bread recipe using dinner rolls. I do not have time to make bread and I barely have time to make this simple recipe but I decided the time was worth it when I tasted what I had create. I created an amazing  raspberry bread.

Here are the supplies we are missing the 1 stick of butter that I forgot I needed for the Monkey Bread recipe picture.

I would suggest using 2 or 2 1/2 cans of the rolls. I chose extra value rolls because of the price and the taste.

You will need  raspberry Jam

Brown sugar

Sugar

1 package of Cream Cheese

1 stick of butter

2 or 3 packages of Rolls

1 bunt pan

The first thing you need to do is  take each roll out and split it in half. Then you will put a little cream cheese and a little jam on top and fold it over.

This next step is to roll your cream cheese and raspberry 1/2 roll in brown sugar and regular sugar. You can add cinnamon if you wish.

This is how you make the raspberry bread “monkey” style. The next step you need to take is placing them in a lightly greased bunt pan.

I put mine in by laying them on top of one another in a circle.

The next thing you want to do is place the monkey bread recipe in the preheated oven at 350 degrees you will be cooking this bread for 35-40 minutes. I do not like mine as dark so I cover it for 5 minutes with foil in the middle of it cooking.

Once you have it in the bunt pan and have cooked it for about 10 minutes then mix up 1/4 cup of brown sugar with 1 stick of melted butter and pour it over your raspberry bread. You can do this before placing it in the oven but I didn’t.

I plated mine with sprinkles for a special treat. This is great to heat up again. I then put brie cheese on it and ate it for lunch. It was so good. I couldn’t believe it!
