You may have noticed the Alice.com ad on our sidebar. I learned about Alice back when we posted the Rachel Ray coupon story. So what is it? Alice is an online store that helps manage your household goods. It is free to join Alice and they offer free shipping as well. The interesting thing about Alice is that they pair e-coupons with pretty low prices on household goods. If there is an e-coupon available, it will show up on the lower right hand corner of the product. When you add the item to your cart, the coupon will be deducted! So for those of you who get low denominations of coupons in your paper or simply hate the clipping, check out Alice!
A few things to note, not all of the prices are low. There are many things that I get for free or a much lower cost at the regular stores. However, I am an extreme coupon user. For those of you who don’t have time to “extreme coupon”, Alice may be a good fit. Also, you can’t beat the convenience of shopping online and the shipping is free if you buy five items or more!
Alice also offers great tools on their site: track your spending, receive re-order notices on most used items and advanced planning options. If you click on the ”Other Ways to Save” tab on the upper right, you will see “shop the best deals”. This is where you can find the best deals in all categories. Here are some items I saw at great prices tonight after e-coupon:
BIC Disposable Razors 12 pk .96¢
Reach Toothbrush .90¢
Kotex Lightdays .41¢
Dove Deodorant .97¢
Suave Deodorant .98¢
CoverGirl Eyeliner $1.69
Clairol Natural Instincts $3.79
The e-coupons are available in limited numbers and most of the time you are limited to one coupon. If you sign up HERE you will get $10 credit once you order $50 or more from Alice.
