Okay the 24 days has ended. I did the 24 day Advocare challenge kinda of……
I am nothing if not honest. I started out strong. I did the cleanse. I felt awesome. I really couldn’t believe how great I felt. i hated the fiber drink so I figured out how to drink quickly. I looked great and my skin was amazing. I cheated slightly allowing myself one hershey kiss a night. I know that is naughty but Rome wasn’t built in a day. I will say I did cut out all the rest of my sugar in take and i have not eaten that much food in a long time. I really didn’t change my diet much except for getting rid of cupcakes. I normally eat fairly healthy so I was greta in that department.
Then we moved on to the next phase. I had trouble with feeling queasy taking all those pills. There are a lot of them. I also forgot to take them at the right time. Then I went away for the Holiday and that just messed up the rest of my challenge. The pill taking part. I still stuck with the food and the shakes. I am in love with the shakes. I still drink one three days a week. They are insanely good. I also drink the spark. It was not my intent to lose any weight just to eat healthier and feel better. The Advocare system helped me do both of those things.

I ended up losing three pounds and toning up a lot. I think I would have lost more had I stuck with the pills. I didn’t want to lose any weight at all. I was very pleased and i intend to do another cleanse in a couple of months. It was amazing! Advocare Review… the real result is I no longer want to eat massive amounts of sweets. I have more energy and I feel better. I love the spark and the shakes so I still use them. These are some of the things you can eat. This is my Advocare recipe plan.
