Are you ready? Have you signed up for the Training Program? Don’t fret, there is still time. The Training Program for the Women’s Four Miler starts this Saturday at the UVa Track. You can sign up online, at ACAC, or at the track on Saturday. Remember, you do not have to be an experienced runner to join! There are many first time runners and hundreds of walkers too!

The Women’s Four Miler race will be September 5th on Garth Road at Foxfield. Race registration begins Saturday June 20th. If you have any thought of participating in the race, sign up this weekend. The race fills up fast and is limited too 3,300 entrants.

So why is this race so important? The proceeds of the race benefit the University of Virginia Cancer Center Breast Care Program. Last year over $300,000 was raised and the goal this year is to raise $400,000!
