I learned about all the great deals at Food Lion from Rachel Ray.
Good meals, good prices.

Ok Ladies, I found your site on Monday and I have been here non stop! I have never really couponed before. I have read up on all there is to know on coupons on your site. I have been to Harris Teeter twice this week and each time I spent less that six dollars and came away with over $60 in groceries! I cannot get enough of this. Keep up the good work!

One Tip: Sort coupons into two categories; food items and non-food items.

I didn’t know Home Depot offered free workshops.

192 Karina May 28, 2009 at 6:10 pm

I learned what stacking coupons was tonight at the AWESOME workshop!!! It’s when you use the store coupon and then the manufacturer coupon at the same time!!!

199 Joyce Parr May 28, 2009 at 9:56 pm

I’m getting on facebook in minutes to share my excitement about Madamedeals.com and the great workshop!!!

A- I am sorry to hear that you were laid off. I actually started couponing in case something happens to my husband’s job. I feel that if I can save more and spend less than I am doing my part to add to the family budget while I stay at home with the kids. I went grocery shopping today at HT to pick up a couple of things and $55.00 later but I did saved $72.00 and I have another $7.49 to take off of the $55.00 in a mail in rebate making my dog’s IAMS food free. I used to spend about $150 a trip!! I can’t even imagine doing that now! Good luck and we look forward to hearing about your shopping successes!

I learned great ways to get the most out of Extra Care Bucks at CVS!! I loved Amee’s story about getting 5 bags of stuff for 3 cents!!! Scan your CVS card everytime you go into the store – great tip!!!

I have so much to learn about coupons. A friend has been teaching me a bit. I learned that a 5 in front will double the coupon but a 9 will not. Thanks for the tip.

203 Tracy May 30, 2009 at 2:04 am

I learned more about couponing, like Target coupons.
