1,000 Places to See Before You Die – A Fashionista Events Giveaway

Patricia Shultz’s bestselling 1,000 Places to See Before You Die has recently been re-released in the form of a full-color second edition. The book, which has spawned a number of knock-offs, is so much more than just a simple travel guide. Each entry not only tells the reader why the place should be visited but also the pertinent information such as websites, phone numbers and the best time to place a visit. Plus, this new version includes 200 additional pages covering 28 new countries. The book covers everything from the Great Mosque in Mali to the Denali National Park in Alaska.

Do you have a “Bucket List”?  This book is definitely a companion to anyone’s bucket list of travel adventures.  My first thought when I picked up 1,000 Places to See Before You Die was “if only I could just up and leave on an adventure to each and every one of these places.”  Well, for me, that’s not reality.  However, I can assure you once you start reading this book, you will find yourself imagining the grand adventures which await you.

I’m of the firm belief there is a traveler in each and every one of us.  Whether it’s a desire to travel the globe or just tool around in our own backyards, 1,000 Places to See Before You Die is a great start to planning your trip.

How about an excursion to New Orleans, a trip to Rio, or a grand adventure to the Pyramids of GizaEach one of these locations is presented in such a way as to inspire the traveler in each of us.

1,000 PLACES TO SEE BEFORE YOU DIE, The New Full-Color Second Edition (Workman; paperback/hardcover: $19.95/$32.95) by Patricia Schultz is the perfect book for anyone dreaming or going.  You can check out an excerpt from the book here.  This makes a perfect Father’s Day gift for that special man in your life.  Here’s your opportunity to win your own copy of this great adventure book.  Enter for your chance at your own copy and let the adventure begin!
